Check-in begins at 3 PM. Guests arriving earlier than 3 PM are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. Make sure to pack your bathing suit! The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 12 PM.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Our wedding will be held in two outdoor settings: a beachside ceremony followed by a reception in a tropical garden.
What should I do if I can't attend?
Your presence will be greatly missed. We would love to celebrate with you, but we understand that a destination wedding is a significant commitment. Please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can plan accordingly.
May I set up a payment plan?
You will receive a reservation number once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

What is the cancellation policy?
For guests who reserve hotel accommodations only, the cancellation deadline is approximately 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. The exact deadline will be clearly specified in your individual booking confirmation.
Cancellations made after the stated deadline will incur a 100% penalty of the total booking cost. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard your reservation in the event of unexpected changes.
Will I need a passport?
Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months.
Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
Can you help me book air travel?
We are unable to book air travel but suggest using Google Flights to track the best prices. Please reach out for any questions if you need assistance.
May I use USD in Mexico?
Absolutely! U.S. dollars are widely accepted in Mexico, especially in tourist areas, hotels, and restaurants.
